Returns & Exchanges

We want every El Paso Chihuahuas fan to love their gear, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all official team tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original tags and packing slips are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
